Pre-fished all day on Cumberland today. 2nd time in a week. Still could not get a legal keeper. Tournament going on this weekend. Talked with some locals on lake & they only caught short fish. Caught a 16 inch crappie. Hats off to you guys that are catching those keepers. I threw everything I had except fnf. Dont have fig for it. Just short fish.
In all:
4 hour drive time each way
54 gallons of gas on boat
1 smallmouth 15 inches
numerous largemouth 12-14 inches
numerous spots 10-14 inches
1 crappie 16 inches
water temp
main 48-50
creeks 50-55

If you had spots up to 14" then you had some keepers unless the tournament rules raised the size limit on spots to 15".( I know this was done with the Bullett tournament last fall)
