I believe they pretty much do it during the month of April. At the very least, I think they raise it about 4 feet during that time.

VMAXX has it right on the head...April 1st thru the end of April. That is the normal operating schedule. Of course rains etc can bring it up early but they have a habit of dropping it back down if it gets too far off the schedule....just like they did the day before the Jet-A-Marine tourney last year around the middle of April..they dropped it 1.5 ft just before to tourney when they thought we were going to get heavy rains up river.
