Murray State Bass Fishing Tourney

The Murray State University Bass Anglers are hosting their first annual spring fundraising bass tournament on April 29 out of Kentucky Dam Marina on Kentucky Lake. The entry fee is $60 per boat and payout is 80%, with one money winner for every 5 boats. There will be prize giveaways including 2 new All-Star rods. I will be fishing with you guy's this coming Sat. as a boater. Do you know if you will have enough boater's for the students yet? Eric said there was 6 fishing I think. I have the weigh-in basket and plexiglass, plus the 2 Bass Pro Shop Gift Cards.

Good deal, hope you get your truck fixed. I see you did not have any luck on Patoka this past weekend. bummer Get'm this coming weekend, just hope the storms pass over without a bunch of rain. Looks like it is going to get bad again Friday. If there is anything else we need for the tournament just let me know.

We can always use help. Murray State isn't helping us financially so its up to us to fund ourselves. This tournament is our biggest fundraising project of the entire year. The programs we fish during the regular season are all for scholarship money so our team members aren't receiving money prizes during competition. Spread the word about our tournament to everyone you know so we can get as many people as possible there. We are working with different sponsors to give as many prizes as we can get our hands on. I don't want to make any promises, but FlW is suppose to send a weigh-in trailer with an MC for the weigh-in ceremonies. Should be exciting!!!
