Barkley/Ky Lake mustard flowers in bloom?

Going this Monday to Barkley. Haven't been there since last year. Have the mustard flowers bloomed yet? How about is the water in the bushes? I've been reading all the reports I can find, and tring to gather as much info. as I can. Anyone on the water lately? Any help would be nice!

the flowers have bloomed and they are slowly going under. Current level is 358.20 and it will be 358.50 by saturday
