Reciprocal agreement KY & TN

Can someone tell me for sure the law on KY lake. I thought that KY & TN license could fish eather side of the lake north of Paris except for Blood River ( KY only ) and south of Paris requires TN license.

A frind that I had a disagreement with the other day said that you could fish 20 miles N or S of the state line this just didn't sound kosher to me. "Thanks"

You are the closer of the two side of that debate.

The law is actually that the licesnes are valid, except as you say blood river, between the 68/80 and the HWY 79 Bridge down near Paris.

I truly wish both states could expand that cooperation to fully recipricol rights on every shared lake, such as Barkley and Dale Hollow. I also wish they would expand the rights to go ahead and encompass the entire lakes.... so we could go further south and they could come further north.

I do understand the reason for not expanding it, I mean, at what point to you day the lake ends, and a river begins.
