State ramp passes?

Didn't I see somewhere that there was a bill proposed to do away with launch fees in the state parks? Did it pass? When would that take effect? Just wondering before I throw away $30 on a pass again this year.

It did pass and the Gov. signed it on Saturday. I'm not sure when it will be effective, usually in July, or what the parks dept is doing about those that have aready bought the passes or if they will be enforcing it until the law goes into effect. I would suggest contacting the parks dept.

i have not been following this issue so we will just have to pay 30 bucks a year to put in at every ramp in the state lil confused
