walleye bite on laurel ????

Anyone fishing for walleye on laurel lake. I've fished for them on cumberland using bottom bouncers at night but never on laurel. The shad seem to be up good and beating the banks. Heard several fish blow up on them but only caught one largemouth. Whats the best lure to throw at night and how does it differ from cumberland.

Fished there a couple of weekends ago. Caught some early and late on wht spinner single colorado silver blade and black in same set up on the secondary points on the upper end of the lake. Things might have changed since then. Good luck.

headed over their tonight probably fish around the grove area i will let you know how i do. been seeing some good walleye come out of laurel including some in the 5 to 7lb range. we will see what we can find.

I caught a 5.5lb and my friend caught a 7.2lb a couple of weeks ago.
