I was told it will be in the Paducah Sun and Many other newspapers tomorrow. If we want to help the cause we can call the Trigg County prosecuting attorney and ask them to prosecute to the full letter of the law, not to accept plea bargins for a lesser charge. I could tell you all the details but it will be out in the papers and news. Thank You to Danny and Jim for keeping a very reliable board for good info.

I just purused the Pad. Sun online, and could not find any mention of the story. However, a lot of papers do not put their entire edition online. I'll keep searching.

I called the Sun outdoors editor. He is on top of the story, but it has not hit print yet. Unfortunately, the gentlemen (ehem) in question finished one spot out of the money which only allowed kyfw officers to issue only misdemeanor citations. Had they won over 300 dollars, felony charges could have been levied. They got lucky. However, as a community ONCE THEY ARE CONVICTED, we can all turn our backs on them. Remember though, this is America, they are innocent until proven guilty.
