night tournaments on Ky or Barkley

Are there any night tournaments on Ky. or Barkley lakes other than the one Madisonville has around the 4th of July? Me and my buddy love to fish at night and would like to fish more than just one tournament a year at night. I know there is a weekly tournament out of Moors on Tuesdays. But, it's just too short.

I agree, especially during the dog days of summer when it's so stinking hot on the lakes. I would like to see some tournaments beginning at 9 or so and running until about 2 or 3 in the morning. That way you wouldn't have to fish all night long. And another thing, why are all of them on Saturdays? Makes it hard to attend church the next day when you have to stay up all night!! Hope you find some midnight tourneys. If you do, give me a holler, I'll fish with ya!

Normally we have night tournament series with 8-10 tournaments per year. They go out of Fenton and the hours are usually 6:00PM-2:00AM. We haven't discussed the schedule this year but when we have it I will post it with contact info.

Last summer the State Line Bass Club had about 9 or 10 Friday night tourneys out of Fenton. They ran from 6-midnight and were alot of fun. I don't think they're going to do them again, though. Too bad. I had a blast.

I do not know where you live, but I am a member of the Cadiz FOCAS club{Fellowship of Chritian Anglers Society}. We have night tournaments starting in July from 7pm to 2 am and they are on Friday nights. ONE PERSON IN THE BOAT MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE focas CLUB. You might consider joining our club. We also have one club tournament a month and a open tournament once a month. Last month we raised enough from the tournament after payouts to get a kid who really needed it a $400 scolarship. We also have a tournament for kids and all of tghem get a trophy that fishes. It is a blessing to see their face when they receive it.

These focus tournies are fun. I'm not a member of the club, but have fished their opens several times.

They are trailer tournaments. They meet at the BP on the left as you head toward the lake on hwy 68. I wish I could catch the fish I've caught this spring while fun fishing in a tournament.

The great thing about the trailer tournament is if you want to fish Barkley you can, or you can head to KY Lake. You can also choose your ramp. If you want on the water quickly, head to Devil's Elbow, or drive to your favorite ramp.

I'm looking for a link I got from the club's president, I think, that lists all their tournies.....Here it is, and it is from one of the members....

I live in Grand Rivers. Me and buddy did fish one of your day tournaments last year. I've heard of the club, but didn't know you had night tournaments. I would like more info on your club.
