Cumberland report for weds night

Ok guys, been a lurker for years, thought I'd add something, hopefully will help someone.

Fished weds eve from 6pm to 2 am. Caught several small largemouths on a green fluke, caught a nice crappie, a 12 inch smallie and a gar (get that!) on a silver lipless, and just after dark caught a dandy walleye on a sliver. Had a few more hits on the night bite but no hookups. Very little surface activity last night.
Fish an hour early this morning with a white and chart jig with a white trailer, and had many nice stripes follow it to the boat and wink at me, but would not take it. Some nice explosions on surface around me, threw a spook but no dice. Fished entirely from hughes branch out to the main channel.

Thanks for the report. I am going down tonight to try my luck, taking my brother and 13 year old nephew who has never caught a Striper before. We are going to stay all night on the boat. Is there much trash and debris floating around? Will report back on Saturday.

wed. morning lower end lots of big stuff in the water above beaver creek to dam also some of the worst fog i have ever seen. one nice walleye on redfin one on a sliver one snall striper on redfin

Forgot about the debris...It was awful, beware, it moves around like it is alive.
