Was wondering how your all's tournament went this weekend. There were three of us who fished Sunday ABA at Rough River. I won on CAST side with three that went 5lbs 8oz, 4th overall. Bite was good early morning for myself (topwater), had two keepers in the livewell within 10 casts. Then caught 15 or so slots on soft plastics. Had a good one come off at the boat, didn't get a good hook in her. I through in to this lay down, saw my line tap, then zoom she came running toawrds me. Could barely catch up with her but i was getting ready to net her and I felt no more weight...Oh well, but I saw 5-8 GOOD fish on the bed, these suckers were 4lbs and up. Had one that looked like she was close to 7 swipe at my soft plastic, but I could not get'em to eat it. I definately need some practice on the sight fishing part.

A little over a month for this Bluegrass Tourney! Heard anything from KBF yet, I sent out two emails to Keaton still have not got back with me? I'll see yuh,

What do you mean by the cast side? I have never been down there before and I have a tourney in three weeks with my local club. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It sounds like you know your way around that lake.
