    Get off Plapp's back!!!!!!!!

These guys have stepped up and brought a great tournament circuit to our region that is paying back more than 100% of entry fees.
I am not sponsored by these guys and don't even live within' 3 hours of them but I do fish the Rumble and I do know how much they do for the fisherman in our region.
All everyone wants to know is where they released the fish or rag them about having the tournament at the best time of year. Why don't you e-mail BASS about having all those spawning tournaments where they're catching 6,7 & 8+ lb fish off the beds. I would say 99.5% of the fish at Maysville were not caught sight fishing.
If you guys were that concerned about where they released the fish you should have followed the release boat.

I guess the whiners don't have much to say.
Plapp's is the ONLY boat dealer/tackle store stepping up and treating anglers like they've needed to be treated for years. We are the ones spending thousands of dollars on boats and tackle. I for one appreciate all they're doing not only with the Rumble tournaments but supporting organizations like the KBF.

    Kirk,
They probably are more worried about it than me because these guys have seen what we do and are very loyal and understanding customers. I'm a little more imune (spelling?) to getting critisized, since it happens every day. I know that if we at Plapp's do our best to support the anglers it will come back ten fold. But you always have to remember, there is always going to be the guy out there that wins a million bucks in the lottery and complains about paying the taxes.

Thanks for the support guys, we'll keep doing what the anglers tell us to and worry about the other guys later.

    Matt

    Matt,

You do in fact due a ton to help anglers. I want to help you help even more. I think you should open a new dealership here in Western KY, and hire me at a HUGE salary to manage it for you. LMAO..... I promise, I won't fish during the spring spawn as I'll be busy selling boats for you. LOL

Come on Matt... perfection is possible, just ask those complaining. You can be perfect, just try harder.... LMAO

I've said it before, and will say it again, when the concierge at the hotel at the Northern KY Airport went out of his way to reccomend you as a place to shop for baits, even though he personally is not a bass fisherman, well it just says how good you guys must be. Even though I have gotten upset in the past with you and a couple of your guys, I realize now it was just our miscommunicating and not hooking up. You get too much good word of mouth to be a bad guy and have bad guys working for you.

Thanks for all you and your staff do Matt. I can't wait for you guys to offer more stuff for those of us in Western KY. I do know though, it takes time to expand.

    Danny

    Yeah,

Matt's a standup guy. He's done a lot for lots of folks. His statements concerning this showed that undoubtedly.

He doesn't drive the boats, cast the lines, or catch the fish. He's the man shucking out the dough.

    Hat's off.
