Michelle's Friday Night is Over!

Fridy they announced they were ending the tournament because of the Day's Friday Night Big Bass Tournament was starting out of the same ramp same time same fee ect but with 100% pay out and felt they could not compete.
The entries had dwindeled in the past years for several reasons and there was about a 35 boat field that stayed with this thing from as many as a 100 at times. I feel that 100% will not dramatically increase the field but will give some a little more payback. The tournament (Big Fish) at Moutardier and the ones at Rough on the same night took away most of the boats and yes there was a few that had problems with the way things were run but you know you can't please everybody at anything.
I enjoyed fishing these things and will fish the one coming up.I just hope those running this thing for nothing stay with it and do as good a job as Michelle, Hope and their helpers did.

My suggestion to starting this thing out is to ask for suggestions to make this thing better. The same rules will not do it I don't think even with 100% payback. I have two I like one Is end it earlier with the classic before draw down and a one dollar big fish of the year pot and pay five places.

I, for one, am sorry to see them stop. I have been fishing with them for several years, and have always enjoyed the tournaments.I kinda liked the fact that there were not so many boats. Oh well, change is inevitable.
