Fished Cumberland this week. Hope the following helps. Since I won't be back I've included my spots. Please release what you don't eat.

06/06 Night fished out of State Dock. There was a good amount of debris in the lake which prevented me from running much. I was only able to fish a few spots. Alewive active @ 1am Walleye soon followed and remained consitent. Used surface redfins and weight forward spinners tipped with worm. Striper were only active in one area near me. Leave state dock and turn left. Follow shore until you past the first cove. Begin fishing (your still in the main lake), paralelling the shore until you reach the next creek mouth. Walleye were active all along the shore. Striper were active just prior to the creek mouth.

06/07 Launched at the dam because debris the previous night pinned me in near the state dock. Virtually no debris in the lower end of the lake tonight. Moon was near full and casting shadows. Walleye action was again excellent. Striper action was good / to excellent. Alewive up @ 1am. striper and walleye soon followed. The hottest area was the mouth of Guffey Creek. As you enter the creek fish the right side from the mouth back through the first cove. Used redfin and white / red Sliver.

06/08 Same as 06/07

Most of the other fisherman I spoke with all said the walleye action was better than the striper action. We caught some smallmouth but it seemed like less than usual. Only one nice SM. Several fisherman claimed they wore out the LM earlier that afternoon on jerk baits in the creeks (Guffey). There was a sign at the launch near the dam warning about construction and the ramp closing @ 4pm on listed dates; but no dates were posted. You should check before driving down there. Also there seemed to be a lot more scropions than usual running around down there. There also seemed to be a lot more coyote than usual. Hope this helps.
