Can anyone tell me a little bit of a pattern the fish or on right now. They hittin jig-n-pig. Main Lake points or Secondary? Not been down there this year, I can find the fish if someone can give me a lil help.
Thanks for the help and i will for sure post a reply when i get back... BUT out of 75 views on my topic only one person replied.I have always wrote people back helping them or whatever and i know atleast out of the 75 there was a few went and could atleast helped me a lil.. But thats ok... Thanks for everyones help
I read your original post, then the answer, that accounted for two views. I just read your answer, then closed, and then back open.... that's 2 more views. I did not help because I have not ever been to Dale, but I enjoy reading about all the lakes in our state... and TN and IN too.
I'm sure someone may have had something to add, and didn't becuase perhaps they had just offered the same advice a week or so ago. I know sometimes I will ask for the same information I may have read before, but instead of searching for the previous information, I just ask for new stuff. I am sure some people get kind of tired of writing the same stuff time after time.
I am guilty of that. What I kind of finally realized was that there are new people here everyday, and they may not know about the previous posts, so I try to answer anytime I can.
Good luck with your trip.
Danny
PS, this is not meant as an attempt to correct you or anything like that, just trying to offer some friendly advice and thoughts.

I Understand that..... I went to laruel instead and didnt do any good what so ever.. I got one bite the whole night, I dont know whats up with the fish.. Water ranged from 79-81, fish must be in spring to summer transition, dont know if they want to be shallow or deep. Plus i think they were pulling water last night, and I had to fight through a tourny out of holly bay with about 20 boats. Thanks for the reply danny and skeeterprop.
where on laurel did you fish? me and a buddy fished 3 times last week and caught good fish each night. the thing is, they're not stirring 'till 1 or 2 oclock in the morning. stay after them. they're seeming to prefer small baits, 3" berkley power craw in junebug worked best. also, consider fishing the sloughs with standing timber in the lower end of the lake, its a pain in the arse, but it pays off big.

I fished from wed. to sun. last week at night. Fished from 7;00 to 2;oo and caught several nice fish everynight, at least one over 21" everynight. Fished main lake points with main channel coming up against them. Must have grass on them. Most fish caught from hindricks down to the dam. Used Chompers' twin tail skirted grubs in black/blue flake on 3/8 oz. rockwalker jigheads or something similar with a weed guard. Swim it through the grass and hang on!!!
P.s. It really seemed to help when I sprayed Jacks' juice in garlic on them. Keep the boat in about 30' of water.Let me know how you did.
