How to avoid a lightning strike on t he water

Just for the record, I was home 12 hours before the thunderstorms hit.....losing my touch I guess.

But here's the scenario.

- You are on the lake and a storm builds and sneaks up on you.
- You are out in the open, no cover, too far to make it to the dock.
- Lightning is crashing around you, its geting bad.
- QUICK, NO TIME TO LOSE!
- Grab the #1 iron you took from the golf bag before the trip and stored on the boat.
- Duct tape it to the highest point on the boat.
- Now relax, you are now safe...........WHY?

Cause everybody who golfs knows.................
NOT EVEN GOD CAN HIT A #1 IRON!
