Somebody brought in a 6lb+ to win. Where are these monsters coming from? We fished main lake points from Ponderosa to Red Rock with worms,jigs,spinners and cranks with only 3 fish. We fished shallow to 25',what are we doing wrong?

I caught two 6+ fish at Nolin two weeks ago tonight. A friend of mine caught a 6+ at the same spot a few days later. I know of six 6+ fish that have been caught the past 2 weeks. I weighed a 7-02 for a 15 year old kid earlier this year. I caught a bunch over 5 last year and a couple of 6+ fish. I just can not seem to do it during a tourney (LOL). The fish are starting to get bigger if we take care of it.

You have done very well MASBASS, are these fish close together or just here and there? Mike Day said he caught one over 6 Thursday night 22nd so I guess the're there to find. Do you fish the Friday night out of Wax? That's about the only time I get to fish!
