We fished our final qualifying tournament this past Sunday on Barren River. We had 35 boats and 48% of the field weighed in limits. The team of Sneed and Snyder topped the field with five bass weighing 19.56lbs. The rest of the field finished in the following order:

2nd Crawford/Goldsberry 17.56lbs

3rd Hagan/Downs 16.68lbs

4th Skaggs/VanMeter 16.33lbs

5th Beauchamp/Long 15.99lbs

6th Akin/Dial 13.41lbs

Big Fish Clark/Rogers 5.10lbs

We would like to thank all the fine teams that participated with us this season. Is was great to work with a group of such talented anglers and we are looking forward to fishing with you next year.

Congratulations to Gary Beauchamp and David Long for being the 2006 Gold City Anglers of the year. This is the second year in a row for them.

We have been approached by several anglers to put together a fall/winter circuit with Midwest Sporstman and we are currently working on the details to make that happen. Once we get everything worked out we will post it.
