Scattered jump activity this morning. Few would come up, then disapear. Couple more would come up 100 yards away. Caught one on a little George type lure. Saw a few others caught. Hard to target them this morning.

Question for you guys who know the lake better, can you target them in the evenings on weekends like this, or is there usually too much traffic? Have a couple of young nephews who would really get a kick out of it, but getting 5-7 year olds up early enough to hit it in the mornings may not be in the cards!

You might shesk out some of the creeks for late evening jumps. I use to catch alot in that belly up in red gate and back up in key creek. I used to catch all mine in a Zara Puppy and catch 1 out of a jump and then cast back after they quit jumping and still catch 1 sometimes. Good Luck and let me know if this helps.

Appreciate the info. Fished the Red Gate area Friday evening. Too much boat traffic, so we went up lake past the next no wake. Some activity there, but sporatic. Couple would come up and pop the top, then disappear. Few minutes later, another couple come up 100 yards away. Not as much boat traffic, but still more than I would have liked to seen. Managed one White and one small Hybrid. Will have to check out some of the creeks next time out.
