lil vacation getaway but low on funds

i was wonderin if anyone knew somewhere that u can catch some bass and camp just wantin to get away for a couple days but dont have alot of money to spend. Id appreciate the info if u knew somewhere thanks guys.

Welcome to the forum, I assume you are a female and if so we need some more girls on here to keep us in check. Fishrgurl has ben trying for years but needs some help. Be more specific on your location desires and you'll get more info than you can probably use.

Welcome blondefish, and I second mhalls post. We could use more ladies on here. I'd check out the state park or Corps camp grounds. Most are on the water, have rest rooms, showers, and electric and water on the camp site. With few excepions they are safe places to stay, with on site care takers. The price is about $15 a night I think (been a while). You can find one close to you on line. Call ahead to make reservations. They are busy this time of year. Borrow a tent, buy some hot dogs and have a ball.

Peabody WMA in Ohio/Muhlenburg counties is a really nice place for some nice bass. Going down this weekend myself. All primative (free) camping. Won't cost anything but the gas money down.
