YES, but right now DON'T GO FISH THERE.
As of the 6.30.2006 2:00 PM reading they are running 79 feet of dam. Mostly all on the upper site. What this means to those not familiar with the area is that IT'S NOT FISHABLE. The high inflow of water, coming from the huge downpours to the east of us, will crest around 8 or 9 AM Saturday morning, and it will be at least a week of good weather before it's fishable in the area again.

When they aren't running 1000 feet of dam at the upper there is bank access up there, but I've only ever boated up so I can't give you much direction. Throw jointed redfins, zara spooks or large swim baits into the white water.
