Have you checked nadaguide.com? I paid $5,500 for a 1995 17' Lowe J17 six years ago. It was an impeccable, rarely used, garage kept boat. It is comparable to yours. Riveted aluminum, 70 HP w/tilt, aerated front/rear live well, 12/24 trolling motor, in-dash cheap depth finder, 3 batteries. That's about it. Just add for the extra electronics and battery charger. I have a 1989 (excellent condition) TX17 with a 70 h.p Evinrude new 55 lb Minkota that I was offered $ 4,000.00 for 2 weeks ago. I did not sell at the time but probably should have. I found a nice fiberglass boat to buy after the offer. I think your price is reasonable. Be patient and it should sell.
