I made it to the camper at Stillwaters Capground Friday evening. Needless to say the rain had all, but set in.
We sat up until 3am playing 3 card poker and eating our frogleg/soupbean supper after the Crown and Canadian Mist was depleted...LOL!!!!!!!!!

Woke up Saturday morning and both the river and creek were rocking. THe Creek was on a hard rise. It leveled off a little, but the Sat rain cranked it back up a little.

Here's a few pictures.

Most of these folks that live at the campground do well catfishing. Here's one of several fish caught.

BJE, you'll notice the trees where the ramp is behind Lawrence.

One of our wading spots...

Thankfully the campers and RV'ers were spared. I think the Ohio River being low and not to full helped the water from backing up to bad. THere was a houseboat that broke loose in the Benson area. It came over the lock and was retrieved at Steele Branch. We drove down there and looked at it. It was upright.
