hey friends that sounds like a great idea! but really, i think
two guys should take danny, so he can, you know get the feel of
things. i bet danny whould really enjoy being out on the water,
all that fresh air, just a chance to get out of the cabin fever,
really put his hands on some nice smalljaws. i bet he would really
enjoy himself. if nothing else he could put the fish in the livewell
for you, or maybe retie your line for you. shoot, i bet danny is
just dying to get out there, and enjoy all that neet stuff the
rest of us do. i am 63 yrs old with a mechnical heart valve and on
blood thinner, so i know danny can handle it, if i can. what about it
danny. you know you want to go.

Sure, I'll come, as long as someone donates some major funds to my travel budget. I'm afraid it is as low as it's been for quite some time.

BTW, I can think of two different folks who you could possibly be, that post on this site often under a more recognizable name.

I'm not really about fishing C-land and DH, just not been on the top of my list. I'd pick somewhere much further south if I really had my choice.

But, I'm sure you will have a good time, and I'm sure a little reel oil will keep that mechanical heart valve working for you. LOL

hello danny, it has been a while since i last talked to you. maybe
a year or two. i was just yankin your chain, friend. i doubt i will
be able to get out in that weather. doctors say no longer than in and
out of car for me at 38 degrees. so i probably won't make it. though
i would sure like to. i have not been on the discussion board for
a year or two. i used to fish the midwest, charlie mcfaddin, steve
riley, manly, and bringar and those guys. used to fish stoner too.
but i have slowed down a lot. just go to ky lake and barkley in the
spring time. some night fishing during the summer. most of my
friends i keep in touch with, joe elam, david bond, slush, john website
webb, wes day, wes cole, just a few of them. anyway, just wanted to
say hello to everyone, good fishin and take care. who knows maybe
i will see some of you on the water.

i hope. by the way, i have heard about a fellow meeting your
description, that everone calls " the stoner creek slayer",
they say all the fish run for cover when they hear you are
fishin for them, in fact i heard they will hit just about
anything, just to keep from being caught by the " the slayer"
i was wondering, is there any thruth to this legend of stoner
creek? lol!!!! if and when i get over to stoner i am going to
look up this legend of stoner creek, and just see if the legend
is true. i hear he is a fierce looking figure, with f-n-f rods
& reels, and has his thumb out, looking for a partner. so maybe
i will get lucky and he will be around whenever i get to get over
