Lake Cumberland Striper Trip

Just got back from Cumberland today, booked a trip with Capt. Jim Durham at Striper Fun Guide Service. Started a little slow but did hook up with 4 nice stripers, 1 around 20lbs. My 19 year okd son caught his first striper weighing around 12 lbs. Excellent trip and a lot of fun, will be booking another trip with Capt. Jim soon.:+

I had a trip with him back in August. He's an excellent guide and answered about 150 different questions on striper fishing as I was constantly hammering him with questions the entire time we fished.

Care to give more details on your trip? What part of the lake you were on, how deep you were fishing, what time of day you finally started getting the bites, and if you saw any jumps?
