New Tournament Circuit / 100% Payback

I have put together a new circuit. $60.00 entry fee (100% payback), 8 tournaments, no classic, 6 tournaments on Barren-1 on Nolin- 1 on Rough.

In addition to the 100%payback on the entry fee.

$1000.00 to the weight leader
$500.00 for the big fish of the year
$500.00 for the big bag of the year
