I had posted something a couple of months ago concerning my Sisters Husband being diagnosed with Cancer of the Liver. He has had several Chemo treatments and went this morning to find out how the treatment is proceeding. The cancer in his liver has been killed but now it has spread to his esophogus and stomache area. His body is pretty much immune to the Chemo treatment so they are going to try somehthing different. You guys know the issues that I have with the man upstairs (or lack there of) and I received several responses and personal emails giving support that I certainly appreciated. If you guys and gals have any more knee time for my sister and her family it is most appreciated. 36 year old man with 2 sons, excellent husband, father and provider, all around hard working good guy that has never mis-treated my sister in any way, just don't seem right to me.

We always have time to pray for someone that is fighting such a dreaded disease. We will be thinking of you and your family also.

Elnut, I too have trouble understanding the why's of life, but we can not give up God's long term plan for our lives. Your family will be in our prayers for sure.

God is ALWAYS there...I truly believe that. I have no idea Elwood, why bad things happen to good people, it doesn't make sense to me at all...just like you're asking yourself about your brother inlaws situation, I also ask myself why a little child would suddenly be without a mother at a very young age...most certainly a 4 year old little girl didn't do anything bad to deserve something like that...but it's happened.

I don't know what else to say...just letting you know that I'm keeping your situation in my thoughts. Hang in there Bro'...

Our prayers will be with you and yours. Its hard enough when something like this happens to ourselves let alone someone dear to us....because we feel so helpless. Keep up the good thoughts and spirits and all your friends will keep the wishes and prayers coming.
