Somebody has to do it, so I will step up to the plate and leave tomorrow morning and head to Dale for a full week of Smallmouth action. I know it will be difficult but I have trained extensively for the upcoming ordeal and fully understand what I am about to endevour. I ask that eveyone keep me in their thoughts as you treck off to work this week as I will be suffering thru the task of chasing the world record from about 5am to about 5pm every day. FNF, jigs, silver buddy, jerk baits, crankbaits, shaky head, drop shot, zara spooks, you name it, it is in my boat and ready to be launched at the drop of a hat. It will be cold and clear and the only thing that would make it better is if I did not see the sun for a week. Bring on the ice, snow, sleet and clouds for the full week for I am prepared to make the necessary sacrifices to land the record (or at least the biggest of the weekend).

BTW........if you have a laptop computer, and it has wireless, you can get unlimited broadband at the lodge at Dale Hollow.....I've been using it the past couple weekends.
