Anyone Have Any Info On Any Pros Doing Seminars For The Lexington Boat Show?
Dave Stewart and Bill Smith Jr. will be doing the bass seminars. There will also be someone doing a walleye seminar. Drew
there are none. no one is coming this year. it might have something to do with the new bass masters schedule i dont know.
That's a bummer. I heard the line-up they had last year and thought they would bring in some big guns this year. The FLW an BASS are off this week, so there are no conflicts. Guying fishing the Classic won't leave until late next week.
Matt
I was surprised as well. The official Classic practice days are not until Feb. 13-15.
Speaking of pros and seminars, I believe that is what caused the Louisville show to suffer in attendance. A few years back they would have a line up of Denny Brauer, David Fritts, KVD, Shaw Grigsby and a couple of others, all in the same week.
As it relates to Pro's.......Bill Smith Jr. fished the Bass Master Elite Series last year and will be givin seminars at the boat show. Also, as others have stated Dave Stewart will be giving seminars as well. Dave is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to bass fishing.
i wasnt trying to put anyone down. all i meant was big name guys like KVD and the like. i know these guys that are there have info to share, and it is welcome but i would like to hear from some of the guys that have made millions fishing.
Being paid millions to make those millions is more like it.
I'd rather have someone from Pro series that actually spends their off season fishing and providing info about our local waters.
Let's see what he will do this year. Oh, this will be his second yr, BTW.
Billy
Yeah i hope Bill does well next year. I really enjoyed seeing him on T.V. during the Tourny coverage last year.
