No illustrations, but if you search back thru the posts, you'll find a bunch of very good tips and instructions on different techniques.
Hey Wichita, I recently got this website from Dave on the board. Its one heck of a website and really explain each knot well. as far as which one is better for what situations alot of it will be personal preferance, but sometimes one knot will perform better than the other. 90% of the time I tie a palamor knot, even in the drop shop rig, but I'll run the tag end ( the end the weight goes on) back through the eye of the hook making the hook hold horizontal once the weight is on the line.
