When do Walleye first turn on?

Can you tell me about Walleye fishing on Lack C and Dale. I have heard Walleye really turns on in the spring way down on Dale near East Port Marina.

With the draw down where would you begin to look for Walleye on Lake C.

I am just beginning to fish for Walleye and really enjoy it. I have read the infisherman book like the bible and learn every time I read it.

Can't learn enough so any input is greatly appreciated.
