Cumberland Creel and Size Limits

I'm hearing rumors that the creel limit and the size limit is going to be changed on Cumberland during the draw down, any body know anything about this?

I suspect that they are just rumors. I see no reason why the creek and size limits would change.

Definitely a rumor.

The only thing I've heard is the hatchery is going to release smaller trout and more of them NOW rather than risk the chance of losing thousands of fingerlings later in case the water quality is poor or something. And too, this will also allow the fisherman to get the benefit of enjoying them, so they won't be "wasted" persay.
