anybody fished cumberland?

OK, somebody has surely fished during these last couple of days with the warmer weather. Anybody catch anything? I'm planning on going next week and would like some input about what to do and where to go. Thanks in advance.

I was there this past Wednesday. Had a 3-10 largemouth, 3-2 largemouth, 2-12 kentucky, a 17 pound and an 8 pound striper. Lost 2 more fish, one looked like 4 pound or so largemouth. All fish came on FNF...no smallies though. All fish came on points. Water was 42-43 everywhere we went. Going back Saturday. Post your results Kent.

17 pound striper on a float n fly, dude you are my hero.....

My partner for the day was the hero. First time he had been fishing in years, fishing with my wife's zebco 33 (10 pound test)!!! Took him only 4-5 minutes to land it with me chasing it with the trolling motor. I was with another guy back in December and he caught a 14 pounder and it took over an hour to land. Wednesday was crazy for FNF for me 2 stripers, 2 nice largemouth and lost one nice largemouth with NO smallies.....weird. I've got some pics on digital and will try and post them on the photo board.

Went today 02/24 had 3 Ky's all aout 2 to 2 1/2 lbs. F n F in the creeks on the points. No smallies

Went today also, caught a 5pound largemouth, a 2 pound KY and another striper (14.7 pounder) all on FNF. What's up with these stripers? That's two trips in a row for stripers and two trips with nice largemouth. NO smallies..talked to one boat who had caught two on the FNF, one keeper-a 5 pound smallie. Talked to another boat who didn't catch anything.

Tim what area of the lake are you catching the stripers? I gave up bass fishing, bought a smaller boat and now I'm chasing stripers. Work schedule has not let me fish in a month, so I've lost them. Would appreciate a general area to start.
