Floating Dock Supplies in Louisville?

I'm looking for the floats and hardware to make a 12' x 16' floating dock for my little lake. Does anyone carry this equipment in the Louisville area? Shipping is outrageous on this bulky stuff. Also if anyone has built one and would like to share ideas or advice, let me know!
