    Some help for the river if need'ed

    The Coe is planning some sort of diverter to be installed on one of the sluice gates at the base of the Dam to be used in case of a long dry period/Draught.
    These gates are never used normally and can not keep up with a high input to the lake. The plan is to keep cold/ O2 rich water in the first 35miles of the river VS the normal 75 miles. That beats 0.
