Fished with a C-land guide this past weekend. Locals met with COE at an info meeting last week. COE states that repairs currently look good. If remains so, COE hopes to raise lake to 700' in Sept./Oct. and hold for duration of repair, which is still 3-7 yrs. COE states 700' is enough water for all ramps, marinas, businesses, etc to operate normally. Of course, possibility is still there that level will have to be dropped even more if unforeseen problems are found. COE hopes to have definite answer by end of this year. As of that meeting, COE is "cautiously optimistic" that the 700' level will happen, though.

COE is currently dropping the water about 6"/day.
