If tjhe weather predictions for 30 MPH winds are correct, the hogs aren't the only thing that will be moving around the lake.

That would be the ramp at the dam--And the wind will work in your favor for catching good fish at CC--My worst days there is when there is not much wind lol-So i will see u there if you show man--white g3 boat for you right??????/ GL MAN

Thanks, about the ramps GW. That is probably why I missed you before, I ended up fishing over by the ramp where 150 used to enter the lake from the west trying to stay out of the wind if I remember correctly. I used that ramp.

I am not going tomorrow, I was going to go Friday but now they are calling for thunderstorms on Friday and I don't like the idea of setting in a metal boat waving a metal stick (graphite) at the sky when there is lightening in the area. I don't mind some wind, but 20 to 30 MPH is too much for me.

Hey td176, I'll be glad to post when I do go but, as I said above, I don't think I will be going within the next couple of days.

Biggw, went yesterday, a perfect day to fish, south wind and water warming to 53. Thought you might be there. Caught one 2 pounds, one dink, 2 just shy of 4 and one 6.1 That 6 was fat and full of eggs.
For a while I thought I couldn't catch a fish. Was going today (Thusday) but I don't like 30mph winds.

Wtg rustedhook-nice fish makes your day when a guy can come with a fish 5lb. or better on a trip out--i sure wanted to be there-but had things to do -------wtg man does it feel good to be back on some fish man?
