I just got into fishing for hybrids last year and have read that at a certain time in early spring the hybrids and white bass move up to the headwaters of Talyorsville lake to do some spawning or false spawning and that you can find big fish stacked up like cord wood.
Just wondering if that was true and whether that magical time of year is coming around the corner now that it's starting to feel like spring.
Thanks!
I fish almost exlusively for white bass and hybrids. I have never gotten into big hybrids in the headwaters of Taylorsville. Sometimes I catch a few whitebass (12 inches or less) or maybe small hybrids but have never really caught big hybrids. I like you have heard reports but no first hand experience. You can send me an email if you like about hybrid fishing.
