Barren Hybrids

Just wondering wheb do the hybrids come on at barren. A friend of mine is wanting to go down in a couple of weeks to fish for them at night. Will that be a good time or do they come up later. Also what is the size limit and how many are you allowed to keep. Thanks in advance.

Could be alittle early for night fishing for them, they will start running up the creeks with the white bass soon and up the river. Go down to Holland bridge near Fountain Run Ky, they should be up there in a few weeks.
