    On Board Charger Question.....

    When I Plug Up My Charger And Charge My Trolling Batteries, The Light Turns Green Of Coarse When Its Finished Charging, But I Can Unplug The Charger And Then Plug It Right Back In And Its Not Green Anymore, They're Red Again??? These Are New Batteries Here. Is This Normal???

    What brand charger is it? I just bought a minnkota 315 and with new batteries it green when charged and when I unplug and plug it back in, they go orange for charge and then right to green for done.

    I have had two boats with on board chargers and they both did the same thing as yours but don't stay red for long. I think it is normal for this to happen.

    It's normal, should turn right back to green within a minute or two.

    Recently installed a 3 bank charger from Bass Pro, and it does the same, My guess is it's normal
