Bass Pro Reel Service?

How is Bass Pros reel replacement on reels that are not under warranty anymore? I have a Bill Dance baitcaster that i got from there maybe 3-4 years ago and the anti reverse went out on it. Do ya think if i took it to the reel counter at the bass pro in cincinnati that they would replace it for me? Thanks for any info!

I just bought a Johnny Morris reel and the side plate fell off into the water on the 3rd cast. I am going to try to take it back to the store in IN but since it is an older model but bought new less than a month ago I don't know how they will handle this. I called their 1800# and this is the info they gave me to send it back if need be.
