You need to reset your edit options. Click on User CP in the gray bar above; then click on EDIT OPTIONS, then go to the very bottom box: MISC. OPTIONS. Change your setting to ENHANCED INTERFACE-full WYSWYG. and SAVE, This will get you the ICONS with your message block when you post.
