Where is this tournament located at, never heard of the place, what Lake is it and what ramp??????

Bullock Pen lake is on the Boone and Grant county border. Easiest way to get there for most people is off the Walton exit on I-75. It is a 10 horsepower limit lake. It is about 134 acres. There is only one ramp.
