C-land striper report

Has anyone been catching any this week. Thinking about going tonight or tomorrow night. I went 2 weeks ago and did not catch any. I will probably get down there around 12am. I heard the shad were not coming up until around 1am. The past few trips before then we have only caught short fish. I have yet to catch one over 10lbs in the past month 1/2. Didn't know if all the lake traffic would hurt fishing this weekend or not.

Shad are up around 1. They hit topwater and Long A's last night, but I wouldn't call the action fast and furious. We put 4 keepers in the boat last night(3 pretty decent fish) and talked to another boat with 4 as well along with a nice walleye. Seems like the bite picked up when the moon disappeared(around 2:30). Water temp was 75 on the mainlake.
