Weather was clear, temperature started at 72, went to 88. Water was very clear and 72, wind was calm to about 5 MPH. I fished with my family from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. We fished shallow to about 15', starting out at Scott's Creek.

We casted surface, spinners, cranks and Texas rigged worms but never got a hit. Spoke with several others out that day and they too hadn't done anything other than small ones. One guy caught a bunch of small gills and spots on a fly rod with a small popper. We saw small bass tight against the bank. They followed the lures but that was it. My 12 year old was throwing a dying flutter and got a few surface busts about noon, no other hits.

Pretty day, should have taken the swim trunks instead of the fishing tackle
:-)
