Wait until dark, I went down last weekend and the jet skis and cruisers were thick as fleas.....

Caught one 3 pounder right before dark on a bandit crank, had a second hit felt like a better fish but never got to see it.

Personally I would like to see part of Herrington made for fishing boats only, a haven from the party crowd, sort of like Cedar Creek.

Well we got there still alot of boats,its a mad house on that lake anymore.we got on a bank around Sunset seem to be some fish on it had some action put a few small ones in the boat.So it looked like it would get better as the night night went on--but no we had a storm come in on us wow--you talk about a down pour-been a long time since i have seen it rain that hard and for 45 minutes--Good thing for a open slip at Sunset lol..Got back out things changed after the rain,just like it shut the bite down.but we did try some diff. areas with no luck---Now for the ramp we knew that a bass tour. going on so i said to Wormin lets get out before they tie up the ramp-got to the ramp there is a boat parked on the ramp two guys fishing over the walk way in the light-Wormin said they put a keeper in the boat while i was getting the truck,we took care of that real fast getting out lol--AND by the way i knew the guy fishing it lol--All i can say if he was a nicer guy we may have waited on him-- But what goe,s around comes around--gl to us all
