Sent you an E-MAIL.
any more help guys???
The river this time of year will only give up some big time skinny fish, had a 6 fish limit that only went 4.85 and those were 13" fish. I would not even drop my trolling motor till I got thru the hogback. From there to redgate is were the better fish are being caught. I would have a watermellon candy superhog and a 10"motoroil power worm with tail dipped and a 300 bandit crankbait in black tied on and that should get you some fish in the boat. Good luck.
thanks for the info...went down tonight and fished from 7:30 till 1a.m and only caught one 11 1/2incher....im beginning to hate herrington alot
Wait until you are 4 boats wide going into a sharp curve and meet 2 ski boats coming the other way.
Feels like Bristol Speedway
haha...i love bristol...cant wait to head down for the night race
Few good sacks still being weighed in at tournies. Try mid to lower end and see wat happens. This is a bad time of year for Herrington for people thats not use to fishing it. Another 6 weeks and it will be hot again down there though. The guys catching the good sacks are the ones that can fish it 4 or 5 times a week and thats not me. Good luck but dont give up on Herrington some good fish in that lake to catch. Also I have been told by several guys that they are catching some LM in the jumps with the hybrids. If thats the case it is tough to catch at night. Been there done that.
