This boat is still in good condition being 20 yrs old. All the electronics work. I put a brand new eagle depth finder on it last year. It has a hummingbird depth finder in the console. It has 2 new fishing seats. A 54lb thrust minnkota maxxum trolling motor. The motor has lost compression in cylinder six. I have been looking for another boat when this happened so I am not going to have it fixed or rebuilt. The motor still runs, but according to the mechanic may have a scratch in the cylinder wall. i was thinking the same thing cause it basicly needs a new motor. its really going to cost if the pistons need to be sleeved and rebored

Bassking. Why do you think I have the boat priced so cheap? It is to allow someone to work on the boat or have it fixed. For all I know you could fix the one piston and get a great deal. I am just being honest in what I know instead of trying to sell it to someone without telling them. The boat runs and you would not know this when running it.

to me ( and this is just my opinion which means nothing) three grand for a 87 which my take up to a few grand to get fixed is something to think about, i saw the pics of the boat and im sure its worth three thousand and if i knew a cheap mechanic id already bought it from you.ive been there before, 6 years ago i bought a 86 dynatrak and it had simular problem this motor has. paid 2600 for the boat and 3600 in repairs to it. didnt even know anything was wrong until i had to troll from the dam at T-Ville back to possum ridge. so that was 6200 for a boat that was worth 4500 with a decent motor on it. i wasnt trying to offend you or anything its just something to consider when purchasing an older boat and im sure whoever buys it is getting a decent boat and will apprieciate your honesty
