Cedar Creek?

I was thinking about going to CC for the first time Saturday and take my younger son and see if we could get into any bluegill or bass; I know it's a holiday weekend but I was thinking it would be a better lake because of the no skiers, jetskis, etc. What do you all think? Was going to go early Saturday morning... Thanks

Man you will have plenty of company I agree go as early as possible and leave early to possibly beat some of the crowd. Good luck!

I agree that it'll be a better choice than one of the bigger lakes with a bunch of pleasure boaters and skiers, BUT...you and 1,000 other people are thinking that same thing right now.

I never hit lakes on the summer holiday weekends. My water this weekend will be waist deep and flowing between my legs.

Well it figures... I have to take my son fishing I already promised him plus the wife is gone for the weekend so I have to get some fishing in even though it's on a holiday...Thanks

Dont worry about it man take him and have a good time.Yeah there will be alot of boats but just pull back up in a cove somewhere and fish its not all that bad.Youll have a good time
