If you don't fill your backseat you may want to put in at kenlake. Fenton is chocked full of grass and its a pain in the arse to load by yourself.

Hey everyone,
If everything continues the way it is going right now, I'll be planning a trip to KY Lake on either Wed or Thurs. of this week.
I don't know if I can fish for more than four or five hours, but I do have an empty seat if anyone would like to fish with me.
As it looks right now, I'll be fishing most likely on Thursday. Mostly it will depend on my back and how it feels.
Anyone interested, either post or email me. In fact, I know it will be Thursday and not wednesday, so that should make it a little easier. I'll know for sure by Wednesday mid-day. Feel free, if you like, to include your number and I'll call you to facillitate the communication a little more quickly.
Thanks,
Danny

Danny, I second Buzzkings information on the Ken Lake launch, especially with the lakes being down a bit from normal. Fenton can be pretty tough to launch from this time of year under normal conditions. Ken Lake ramp is just across the bridge, and it is deeper, plus you won't have the grass or moss to deal with.
Good Luck, if I had not moved I would have met you down there but just too far from Georgetown to run drive down for a day of fishing.
Thanks BK and elnut,
I had thought about that, but not enough probably. I remember last time I was there that the grass was pretty thick around the dock, but didn't think about it being at the top with the lake down a couple of feet. I do like Kenlake's launch myself. Think I'll head that way.
Danny
